Welcome to Style My Outfit. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Style My Outfit is a personal wardrobe organiser. You can catalogue your clothes, get AI-powered outfit suggestions, analyse gaps in your wardrobe, plan travel packing lists, and save shopping ideas to your Signature Bag.

2. Your account

• You must provide a valid phone number to sign up.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Don't share your OTP.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

3. Your content

• You retain full ownership of the photos and information you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to store, display and process this content solely to provide the app's features.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, or anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or abusive.

4. AI features (limitations)

Recommendations, gap analyses and packing lists are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate or imperfect. They are stylistic suggestions, not professional advice. Always use your own judgement before purchasing.

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the service.
• No automated mass account creation.
• No attempting to extract other users' data.

6. Pricing & payments

Style My Outfit is free to use as of the effective date. Premium tiers, if introduced in the future, will be opt-in and clearly priced before purchase.

7. Account termination & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. This is permanent and irreversible — your wardrobe, outfits, signature bag, and all session data are wiped. We may also suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI suggestions will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Style My Outfit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version is always in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
